exactly, csco was so overpriced it wasn't funny. there was no way a company that size could grow into its p/e ratio at that time. apple is still growing and even if they don't sell as many iphones/ipods their big margin maker is what? not to mention selling outside of the US could offset...

what will happen when the market realizes that there are more write downs next earnings season? what happens when they realize there are more write downs after more mortgages reset in 2008? what happens when you combine a recession to the equation?

my advice even though i'm a new trader in the wonderful world of currencry trading. cash out, buy a couple packs of condoms and a ticket to thailand... asian chicks always put a smile on my face :) :)

damn, Q3 saw me do well on picks from the mid august drop. dry bulk shippers, gold miners and some tech like microsoft and apple. maybe i shoulda stuck with riding the subprime mess down some more. o well maybe thats why i'm a measly small time currency trader and not running a hedge fund.

there are still resets next year. we also went through one of the largest real estate bubbles in history, this is far from over. you could be holding a $20 stock right now with a very cloudy outlook.
