If I hit Shift-Enter while sending my order, I'll go one penny inside the best bid/offer. If I hit Cntrl-Shift-Enter, I go two pennies inside. Extremely common.

It happened in 20 stocks or so. They busted a lot of them. The only one I was in was VARI short from 70.86, which stood. They broke anything ~10% outside where the market was trading. Even with the broken trades, whoever that was lost a ton of money.

Alright day. Bought 92.83 in RIMM, held for 2 points, then kept trading it and went negative. Got a nice position overnight in another stock (I hope.)
