    My one month trading experience.

Change your broker. It feels like you're paying too much in fees. Then try to adjust your r:r ratio, looks like you're too risk tolerant. And try to develop a bit more trading discipline, in never harms :)

    Define ROI before Trade?

Agree with both commenters. I guess you'd better choose what fits your strategy best. As of ROI, I believe for the best choice you should always calculate it first.

    What makes Successful Traders?

I guess it's mostly about discipline and self-control. I mean, it's not that hard to learn the theory, the basic stuff, but the most important part is how you use your knowledge, and if you keep up to your well-designed and back-tested plan (let's say you have one). So yeah, my bet is discipline.

The longer it ranges the harder it trends

As of initial topic - I'm not sure it's the case. Actually, the longer it trends, the harder it ranges.

    Trading with Dow theory

It is dublicable, but not copyable. Without due respect and adjusting the highest win-rate strategy can crush your account in a blink of an eye.

What is the key difference between very successful investors and average?

The secret of Buffett is how well funded he is. He makes almost as many mistakes as an average investor, but where the latter loses and fails flat, Buffett loses and moves on without notion.

You're trading wrong, and here's why.

I've seen a lot of talk lately about brokers, commissions, transaction taxes, and high frequency trading and such. Generally topics that relate to order execution. So I thought I'd share some tips. Most of you probably only turn over your stock portfolio annually or even less, so this stuff...

    The FANGs are getting crushed

So they're getting crushed. The shareholders for those companies had a free ride to the stars last year and they're probably taking some profits off the table to pay taxes on their enormous gains. Most investors should be so lucky. Most of those stocks have been blessed with excellent P/Es and...

    My problem with index funds

I think index funds are great for the general investor. However it is terrifying when I read through comments on any website and see people call them "low risk" or "safe". I think a lot of people who invest in indexes don't actually know what they're investing in and won't be able to handle the...
