To my surprise, a lot of guys who trade with these offshore brokers don’t even know about index futures. I know several who are American citizens and they’ll trade NAS100 or US30 with an offshore broker but they have no idea about the NQ and YM futures contracts.

From a purely technical standpoint, I'd be eyeing the 3600-3800 area. If price does turn around, it's likely to be from that area. But, I don't see anything bearish yet.

If you're a technical trader, there isn't much of a difference. The difference that I see, as a retail trader, is the leverage allowed. Both markets move the same on the charts but the difference is in the magnification of the wins or losses due to leverage.
