Hi there, I'm fairly new to Tradestation and I don't like too much the order manager or the matrix... I'm used to Bracket Trader and was wondering if there's anything similar that I can use to enter/manage orders in Tradestation? Thanks.

I use E*Trade for my RRSP... 9.99/trade... no complaints there... and IB for cash account...

TWS has been messed up for the last few days... not to mention the backfill -- seriously considering a paid datafeed... guess you get what you pay for ?

I've noticed this afternoon that TWS is displaying wrong data for ER2... have you see it? please look at attached screenshot.

I've been watching the futures all day today ... it looks like every bar up is on low volume... and the bars down are always on high volume....

VST, the reason I have the line and the SAR is that it gives me stop points... just using the bands would leave too much $$ on the table... accordingly to my backtesting... is that what you're suggestiong?

thanks snarly ... good suggestion, I'll give it a try. I actually use the line closes to look at possible pivot points... trailing stops and such...

For the last little while I've noticed that individual bars puts a of stress on me when trading and also take me away from what's really happening... I then started to play around with the line charts... surprisingly it gives me a great level of confort when trading... I also know that this...

Now, I just tried to install this product and is asking me to install eSignal Data Manager??? Why should I install another component to consume my computer's memory if I'm not connected to eSignal???

Javaw.exe is taking 2-3% of my CPU and tws uses around 80MB of ram... but my point is... where is this thing going? I always liked TWS for its simplicity...

Every upgrade gets slower and slower... is becoming quite like MS Word... there's a lot of stuff there that you won't ever use.... All I want is quickly enter my orders and feed my charting software... Anyone having the same problem :(

Just wondering if anyone can recommend a good utility that tells me how much time is left before a bar ends.... I've tried the TimeLeft but is spiking up my CPU to 100%.... :( Thanks!
