German seniors kidnap, torture financial advisor

It would be nice if financial advisors were held accountable for their actions...most of them are mini madoffs under the cover of law anyway...why should they be allowed to get a check after losing peoples money is mind boggling...

Yet another noob wants to trade thread...

This is how I see it: The prop is a business and the trader is a paying customer via commies, profit splits and risk deposit (call it tuition fee or whatever else it may be presented as). Hard for the prop to lose, but again I would not blame a business for making money. One of the props I...

Here is my situation: 29 not married, no kids, work from home. Currently selling my house, not upside down but may have to resort to a short sale (5% to realtor 10K taxes closing costs property value around 400K) to get out.My work slowed down greatly to the point my savings are pretty much...

    Reliable Prop Firms ?

To clarify this isn't really a tuition lioke some of the other props. If you're profitable and have a track record for the last two years they will take you on as a full time trader. If you're a new trader you go to an interview and if you pass that hurdle then you take the 30 day on site...

It's Official now! Welcome to Communist America, Comrade!

I actually agree with that... Both parties are a joke - when they put abortion as a major voting point, you know the voters are a joke too... We have to get a lot more uncomfortable before anyone does anything... Rigged elections in the US: people bitch... Rigged elections in Iran: War...

It's Official now! Welcome to Communist America, Comrade!

So in a nutshell please explain how would a republican run governement do a better job at handling those problems? I see everyone criticize and yet we've seen all the good stuff the republicans did for the country in the last 8 years...

It's Official now! Welcome to Communist America, Comrade!

Trust me they all know....They know not how to find a country on the map, yet they know very well how to criticize a country's tax code and healthcare saying it doesn't work based on hearsay...What a joke...

It's Official now! Welcome to Communist America, Comrade!

"commie fascists" Whoever wrote that needs to do some serious reading...the guy hears a pejorative epithet or two and puts them together thinking it sounds cool....I'll care to explain if need be....

It's Official now! Welcome to Communist America, Comrade!

Here's a definition of communism, so we can once and for all bury this term since it is not going to happen in the US.And stop using it to talk about socialism. "Communism (from Latin: communis = "common") is a socioeconomic structure and political ideology that promotes the establishment of...

traders who have second jobs, what is it?

Work from home as an independent freight broker. The good: plenty of time to trade and income without having to kiss my bosses ass (wait I am my boss)... The bad: The money is not consistent. Even more so now that the economy is upside down. This week for example I made $240.00 up until...

    keystone trading group

Bump. Watched two of their webinars and they seem legit, although the webinars were very vague - nothing really new - but anyone soft spoken enough can pass for legit... Looking for someone who trades (traded) for this firm to share good and bad experiences... Their initial 5K seems ok -...

Deadbeats are winning, I don't consider this good news

You should come up here and check out the roads....we're talking northern illinois in a fairly well off neighborhood...Cops on every corner, no way to speed even if you wanted to...But pretty easy to blow a tire, bust a rim and cause an accident because of the roads.... I'll always be a dick...

Deadbeats are winning, I don't consider this good news

Well said. I think there is a fundamental problem with the entire system. It's fair for us to pay our taxes, if we don't pay we get screwed (liens - jail - garnishments etc) yet we don't have a say as far as what is done with our money... I honestly don't give a rat's ass about bailing out...

Deadbeats are winning, I don't consider this good news

My business became crap the last few months to the point where I just put my house on the market, will most likely lose the 50K in upgrades (cash money not a loan) I put in....Maybe even short sell the thing as I cannot possibly afford to go on as it is.... I guess reducing the cost of living...

Obama's 100% Right on Healthcare Reform

This feels like beating a dead horse, but why could we not have the same system France has? I lived there for 10 years, never had to wait for treatment, sure you get taxed more, but that's what accountants are for....And over the course of a lifetime, if you add up medicare, SS, out of pocket...

Deadbeats are winning, I don't consider this good news

On a personal level I probably wouldn't give a shit if they were gone....Until last year when I for the first time decided to finance a car (16K financed out of a 40K SUV) my house was the only thing I did not buy outright....I always believed that if you can't buy something outright then you...
