Honestly said if I see how ES moves I do not see what to do except scalping or leaving computer. I believe most trades are not intended like few tick scalps but what to do if no movement?

    S&P 500 - You make the call

Angel king is right, history is repeating. If you will look on end of april 2001 than it was extremely similar situation like now including indicators, Mas, etc. I am sure that PPT sees it but is able to do something against repeating? I would like point 2 things. Actual resitance can be a...

    Intraday FX Player

Yoohoo, I am so much reading about deleted threads like interesting charts so it started interesting me. I can not imagine legal reason why such treads were deleted, accidents can always happen but it looks strange to me. Surviving idea censorhip in modern world? Can not you one day when...

    S&P 500 - You make the call

We have one another problem - if we look monthly than 20 months Ema is what stopped us on Friday - this situation is unusual because except past months we were bellow 20 months Ema last times in May 2003. Btw, look what stopped falling market in October 2002 and March 2003 - it was 200...

    S&P 500 - You make the call

    1. We have bear market. After my opinion bear market is when 200 day EMA is on top. So it started 23January. Look how rarely it happened in past, this is sign that in fact are long term problems. Why do you think that it is resitance on 1400? on 27th February stopped us the 50 day Ema, on...

    S&P 500 - You make the call

I do not think so. 200 Ema and R2 are too tight above140. If you look in past on situations when the 200 EMA was on top you will see that it usually needs more /many/ attempts break this resistence. More exactly not break above it but keep there. Chart situation is very similar to 30th April...

    trading paradoxes:newb to newbs

Again bold statement without knowledge of trading system. If you will anticipate that OP has 20 point stop and assume by risk and reward 1:1 if you will analyse that trading day you will see as minumum 20 trades /both long and short side. If you will use such stop just to go long during rally up...

    trading paradoxes:newb to newbs

If you want set 3 tick stop on YM you never traded it. Impossible /by manual trading/. If you want high winning percentage you need have larger stop. It is obvious. 19 tick stop looks acceptable to me. End result is what counts, not rigid rules.

I will say what SmilingS says is valid for many futures, like currencies, gold, silver, crude, etc. There is really more movement out of RTH may be simple because 24 is more than 6.5 h. However by index futures it is not true, as minimum not during last months. I will say that in this...

For GS, etc., yes. But not for for government and its right hand PPT. They need end this nightmare in election year. Because they are financing this party I believe big boys must help.

I agree that todays rally is manipulative. And purpose of manipulation is get us above 50 EMA and leave us resting on it. Than next problem will be solve 100 EMA... Last step will be 200 and bye bye bear...

Very carefully with shorting. We are that oberbought that it looks that we must fall from cliff every minute. But on 1st April thay show us that they can run up whole day on 95 stochastic and 80 RSI - if you have unlimited money .... I think 1370 we can book today. But 1470 - even PPT can...

It is not correct . If he think that he is 90% right he can have 3x bigger stop like target and still 2:1 RR. Yesterday he show as minimum to me that he was right in situation when it looked extremely dubious. I am scalping with 12 point stop as well /big disaster stop/. The difference is...

Violence, this will be the hardcore trader nick. Btw, original is from latin? I see that many latin and greece nicks /including mine/ that it looks hardly believable to me. Classics everywhere. With gap it will be not that hot I think, in premarket we can get K.O. eventually J.M.C. and...

I do not know how you made this miracle but you made it. It is clear that you somehow anticipated positive Intel earnings /or reaction to it/. It was visibile in the morning /when you continue writing about uptrend in moments when is looked really ugly so you must be really convinced about it...

There should be some manual explaining when gap is closed and exactly name condition so nobody can doubt. How is possible trade without exact instruction? You think that gap is closed and it is not... How is possible trade under such circumstances... Like caver, imagine that I though that I...

Vertigo, on spy is gap closed if we count with day high mont ago. I believe close it on spy is even more important than on ES /no adjustment, rollovers, etc/. I believe this gap is long time desidered to be closed. Btw, I see in my datafeed high on Spy today 9:34 137.63 it is just bad...

My opinion is that we need touch bottom boolinger band on daily. But we must jump from it not fall through otherwise god save the president, first lady and US market. Now it will be too dangerous go there. Do not forget about VM earnings I think PPT really need work in advance. Expecting...
