Pretty much fighting a losing battle all day, so I'm ok with the total.

I'm fairly happy, considering our trading platform was down for the first 45 mins of the day, and once again my scanner wouldn't connect. Ended up making a couple hundred on a new technique I've been trying out, so thats comforting. Everyone have a relaxing weekend!

Wasn't able to post a blotter EOD because our connection was being repaired. Took a hammer right after the open, so I was pretty much just trying to get back green all day. -$72 Hopefully everyone has a great March! :D

Well, looks like everyone had a pretty crappy day, and I'm no exception. Was happy to just be around breakeven... At least I got in some practise on some new stuff :p

Probably the least opportunity I've seen this year for my strategies... Oh well, I'll take being green after just dicking around with new stuff all day. Have a good weekend everyone :cool:

I'm not sure about NYSE, but I'm fairly certain it's .002 rebate to add, and .003 to remove on Nasdaq. If you (your firm) does more than 30mil avg per day, I believe it goes to what you mentioned.

I trade prop, so this probably isn't too relevant... BUT, we don't pay any more for a hidden isld order than if it is visible. Seems like you may have a case if they didn't properly explain it to you on the chat.

I will just post on behalf of Nasdaq. If you want to hit all the ECNs, use SIZE. If I am totally desperate and need to get out, I just cross down or up by a few pennies with my SIZE bid/offer key, and you just get filled on the best prices available until you're filled.

Glad just to be positive after a day like this... our system was up and down all day, so there was no way to take on any risk. Jeez :mad:

Another day practising some new stuff... although our system was so terrible today that I ended up losing money every time it went down. Oh well, I learned enough to make up for the down day! EDIT: Sorry if the blotter is kinda big or small... not sure whats going on.

Well when the release for today came out at 11am (how can they even do that?!), the volume dried right up. But obviously there are still some people who aren't in the 'loop', so to speak.
