thanks for the nice comments, actually I ended up holding the position since my exit was 340. I'm going to hold I'm thinking that they'll use tommorow as a excuse to sell GOOG on volume during analyst day, if not I'll ether stop out or take some gains! Hopefully, others will learn from this...

okay to follow up, initially goog options quotes were crossed. They then were "orderly" but didn't make sense, the goog 380 puts traded at 36 x 38 area when goog was trading at 340 (this makes no sense but whatever). This isn't fair but I figured I should liquidate while I can cause I got to 340...

i posted an update in another thread, the order was surprisingly cancelled, if GOOG had tanked another 50 pts I wonder if I would have been filled.. currently == 24 was = 37

have you read this thread at all? I tried limit and bid when thru me without a fill, thus I went to market.

but you can't do it if you've got a stuck order and you cant get confirmation of if you got filled or not, otherwise your naked the other way.

called IB, "they cant give an out" so they cant tell me if I'm filled or not, so they cant advise me what to do. If I sell now and i get filled I will be short, if I don't then I get whatever. I guess I'll sit and wait. Right now, its at the discrention of CBOE, meaning if it goes in...

HI, I'm on IB and I bought some goog 380 puts yesterday, now the bid/ask aren't updating and goog is tanking. for 1 second the bid will move like 5 dollar and bid/ask are crossing (bid higher than ask) by several dollars ie bid is $38.30 and ask is $25 Any one else having this prob?

ne1 know the corresponding symbol in realtick trying to bring it up on charts, also requested access via IB, are there any special needs. Whats the margin per contract in USD? Hours/does it trade side-by-side with the nikkei during its busy hours?
