Beautiful great post. I think you are right. Don't trade options until you are profitable in an instrument that is easier. Eg stocks. I like your point 4 about modelling. It was only when I did this that excel that I understood how debit and credit spreads worked.

Hey, I agree with you 110%! Even Connors, who developed the RSI, used a 2 period indicator as well as the standard 14. Grateful if you could share one customised setting that worked for you. Maybe on the MACD : )

Thanks Robert, I was just surprised that none of your clients were interested in the micros. However, as has been mentioned before, the micros were probably pitched at people like me who are new to futures and want to learn without losing or shirts.
