traderkay :).. i had to laugh when i read my post on this thread from a couple years ago.. at that time my trading had really stablized and i thought i would continue being profitable.. but, still i am learning.. i ended up on a huge boom/bust cycle for about a year and a half after that...

one mans 300k sells are another mans 300k buys.. its not possible to know if the specialist participated in those "major" prints or not.. its a thin stock and 50 cents doesnt sound like something worth building a conspiracy theory around.. -qwik

lol.. traders make up only a small fraction of all market participants.. the success of the specialist has far more to do with handling large order flow than trading against a pesky 1000 share order.. -qwik

woodie has a room on paltalk.. lots of interesting CCI stuff.. also i think some of the people in the ensign room are using it too.. they use it more to look for divergences etc though.. -qwik

56k works fine for ib.. i use it all the time on the road with my charting software running too.. no problemo.. -qwik

same here.. ensign keeps me from going crazy with esignal.. and i use IB if i need a real realtime quote.. curiously though, sometimes i see a print, usually a large print, that will go off at say 2454 on IB and then print at 2455 on esignal.. and there is only one for that size so i know...

or better yet.. why not just disallow posting by anyone on the thread starters ignore list.. that way conversation could continue without most of the bickering.. of course, we may get even more dual aliases that way.. -qwik

i traded the BUND for the first time a couple weeks ago.. it moves pretty steady but slowly.. and you can trade any size you want.. -qwik

i used to trade with a guy who was a member of his room for a while.. he said that Miller knows his stuff and trades very well but that he wasnt able to make the strategy work for him.. its a somewhat discretionary style.. -qwik
