is there a major difference between the CCI and RSI? they seem pretty much the same, except one shows oversold/overbought ratings at different numbers, but other than that they seem pretty much the same.

i recently set up an acct w/IB and am pretty new to the software, i accidently, just sent an order to short 2 YM contracts, the order was processed and now i am short, my question is once the order has gone through, is there a way to set a stop limit to buy it back if the market goes against me...

T-REX, instead of posting your moves and analysis on this journal, just send them out in an email to everyone on your list, i'm on your email list and find it rather usefull and knowledgable. We would also get it a lot quicker via email instead of having to check the thread.

got it, thanks so basically the intraday initial is the amount to enter the position, no matter what the trading price is? and the maintenece is the maximum you can lose to until you are liqidated. for the 2:1 margin, that really doesn't apply to futures like stocks then right?
