Open TD Ameritrade account. You don't need any deposit, and there's no inactivity fee. They provide non-delayed data feed and you can use complete features (including VWAP) of powerful thinkorswim platform. Most free data via CQG, Tradingview, etc. is 10-20 mins delayed feed.

AMP's free TradingView is very simple and intuitive. Ideal for futures beginners. Start from it.

Try Bookmap with Rithmic (futures) or Dxfeed (stocks). Watch Youtube videos for details.

My broker AMP Futures charges me $0.75 ($0.25 commission + $0.5 clearing) per contract for /ES while Exchange+NFA fee is $1.2 ($1.18+$0.02). Frankly, I don't think they have much room to lower their fee. To reduce your trading cost further, you may want to consider achieve CME membership instead.

No matter how you learn trading, it takes a lot of screen time anyway (3-5 years).

I prefer Bloomberg to CNBC. CNBC is too much US centric and many of their guests are often 'cheap' level people which wouldn't be invited by Bloomberg otherwise. Especially, I don't like Cramer. I think Bloomberg is much more professional grade. I also like Financialjuice as a free alternative...
