I don't think it's Java related issue. I have an idea. Tomorrow, I will connect my PC to mobile LTE network using hotspot. If that solves the problem, my issue came from my ISP. I called them and they deny they are culprit. If this is the case, I have to replace my ISP.

Once Bookmap corrupts the feed, after I kill Bookmap I also have to restart all the other affected platforms to fix latency issue.

RTrader has no problem. By the way, I think I found the culprit. It looks Bookmap corrupts Rithmic data feed in general. When Bookmap doesn't run, the issue doesn't happen. Even if I use aggregated quotes in Bookmap and other platforms, it still happen. I am waiting their feedback..... Crazy.

'Aurora' is not available in PC version. I used to use 'Default' and when I had this latency issue, Bookmap support suggested to use 'Singapore' instead.

Can QoS (Quality of Service) setting in router can help fixing this issue? My 7 year old Belkin router doesn't support QoS unfortunately. Perhaps, I better buy new one.

I turn on my chart almost all day but the issue only starts to happen about an hour before the market open (9:30 am ET) and usually disappear about two hours after market open. So, I suspect the surge of data quantity causes this issue....
