Jack, how do three moves play out before, prior and after some news or report? I guess you use OTR and DOM to "read" the signals in this period which would probably last for 20 minutes. Is it fun to ride the roller coaster? :D

I believe "C" means "continue" or more specifically "wait".

Hitch happens when the high and low of a bar is the same as that of prior bar. Hitch would need to appear in a forming bar prior to become a stitch black or stitch red which could later develop into an OB.
