    US - Bonds

The futures code for US T-bond are usually ZB05Z or USAZ5; it depend on platforms. Clearly there is always the expiration code (Z5/05Z for december 2005) since it's a futures.

    Printer Hookup

I have tried with a Canon IP4000 and it works at the same time using a parallel port to 1 PC and the USB to another PC. The printer is able to manage spooling of printing from both the PCs and manage them correctly, even mixing (alternate) queues of printing from the 2 PCs.

10Y UST Auction: 'managed' to get finally a good one?

We have to wait for about one month to know the composition of the bidders for that auction. This is a comment from MNI newsfeed: >>US TSYS/10Y: The buzz around the indirect bid is that while there was some moderate foreign central bank buying in the indirects, there also was good US account...

10Y UST Auction: 'managed' to get finally a good one?

OCO orders on broker server side

Which are the platforms + feed combination (for ex. Trademaven + Jtrader feed) that offer the feature to allow an OCO (one cancels other) order to be executed at the Broker server side -- and not from the (probably) more unreliable client side?

    The Market's House Edge! :(

Don't you think that our edge change dynamically as soon as the trader change his stoploss with a trailing stop? The idea behind this thread is the stoploss is fixed and unmovable as with the target and the edge house is the same during all the time of the trade. - So what about the change...

    Music while trading?

Anyone knows which kind of music the two US swimmers (one was Phelps) listen to just before the event, during the World Swimming Championship in Montreal last summer? They kept listen to the music even during the usual presentation of the athletes to the public just before the start.

Crude's Friday close and Monday open.

I remember the same on TV in London some days ago....I think it's the gas stations (with the pretrolem firms as directors) that create this athmosphere: may they have large stocks of gas purchased at high prices to sell as soon as possible...

How do you backup your system?

    >>Our typical customers have about 1-5GB of data>> Probably then they are just homewifes...that need to hold the family photo album online. If I have to spend nearly $200 monthly for serious backup -- since this is the profile of the service you are advertising -- in one year I would spend...
