I just use a spreadsheet, example 1 S or L (long or short), entry price, time of entry, type of trade (eg flag, retrace zone) MFE, MAE, Initial Risk. 2xIR ( a common target) and result of trade I use ticks (ES) for MFE, MAE, IR 2X and result. I track qualified signals, taken or not.
