17:00 Eurex Time (GMT+1) is 5 hours before NYSE closing. I think currently there are 2 weeks per year, when this is not true. Europe´s DST (daylight saving time) starts (and ends) 1 week earlier than US.

What is the whole story about ? TRAD changed price structure in April 2002 (base data fee 99.95 $) and your account was opened in April 2002. If they got your application (resp. received your funds) after March 31 then I guess they just put your account on their new price schedule. I downloaded...

IMHO it does not make any sense to talk about slow quotes, when everyone talks about something different: GLOBEX (ok for me) NASDAQ (ok for me) NYSE (don´t know & don´t care)
