This is why I personally only like trading options or instruments that are optionable. If you were trading a stock and used a put option as a stop loss then it protects you from all of that as well as offering ways to make more money on the backend in a volatile climate.

What trading instrument has really good (or best) price movements in the US afternoon (after 1:00pm EST)? I have looked at stocks but they seem best starting shortly after opening bell and ending about lunch while Forex seems best over night and into the early parts of the US trading day...
