I get that (I think) DeltaRisk. They are always rolling their futures so they have a 30-day away averaged maturity date. But if this guy was carrying the next month's futures, waiting until they expire, and then moving on to the next one, it seems like his expiration would be 30 days or less...

No, no, I long ago realized there is no holy grail leading indicator. What I was really wondering is whether one should even attempt to study/measure economy leading indicators - if essentially they are triggered by the market cratering, and nothing can predict that, then studying the economy...

Up today, but well off the highs, and up on much weaker volume than recent up days. Some of you have been calling for a further sell-off. Is that likely coming (starting) tomorrow? It just feels like tomorrow might be a bad (materially down) day...
