I believe it's something like "on T-days the market has a (80?)% chance of being green at some point". I don't know whether that's above that day's open or prior day's close, but I suspect the latter.

I have had the good fortune to share considerable time trading live with NoDoji in Skype and have read many if not most of her posts here on ET. I think it's safe to say she is a much better writer than Al Brooks, and I would not be at all surprised if she could trade him under the table on a %...

TraDaTor fwiw I have 9 IB charts up and running (on 6 symbols) and 4 more hidden, and really no problems as far as charts loading. Overall TWS takes forever to load (web version), but once it's up I'm usually good to go. PC is a 6 yr. old 2.4GHz Dell XPS with 2 GB ram.

SPY still looking for .63 for gap fill. (.83 now)

fwiw, still no SPY gap fill yet. I'm thinking it's possible everyone's already short and no one covering yet, but there's no one willing to add short and bring it down either... yet.

Impressive. If you know or had to guess what sort of charts your guy uses to place that many trades (assuming he uses charts), care to share? .... thanks. This sounds like a friend of mine who's a veteran ES/SPX trader at the Merc. No charts, obviously. Can't imagine how anyone paying retail...

fyi ... ~15 was the largest RTH range since 1/26. Largest for the year so far is 21.75.

Sucks for right now, but bear in mind ES has lapsed into these 6-8 pt. daily range kind of periods a few times over the past 5 years or so, and really, periodically since the beginning. Volatility and volume will return, I think it's just a matter of surviving 'til then and not getting caught...

The latest version(s) since about a week ago has an annoying new habit of highlighting every page within the current TWS when you click to it from another app. This results in a brief flickering of all TWS windows and a slight CPU hangup within whatever you're doing. Also the java menu/list will...

Bad call. Seemed like 15 was turning into support, but not enough juice to break out the channel apparently (both ES and YM). ammo you had it right, why'd you scratch?

Gap (~15) no resis. ... gonna hit 17-19 before close. Edit: (14.75 print changes that)
