Bounce to wash the gap around 35-36, and resume downtrend? Or was the last two days the bounce? Or will it continue up if the bottom is in (doubtful) Maybe a September straddle is the best play now.

I don't know what you are holding but the tech market is just terrible and can't get off the floor yet. Healthcare, the last sector in an uptrend got sold off hard the lst few days. There are no sectors in bull mode now.
