I just checked under "Fees" on the home page and commissions are listed for the pit now. I am certainly not going to be the first to venture into this water (especially with Def's warning). But it might be very useful for those rare day's when the E-minis go down and you need to hedge.

Anybody know how the final price of ES options is calculated? I am thinking about the December expiration. It looks like the fixing price was 1,274.84, but I can't figure out how that is calculated.

Correct. December option contracts become December futures, and January, February, March contracts become March futures.
