I just saw VDSI goes from 11.98 to 11.74 ?? in one second... immediately bounced back a little to 11.84. That's screwed up...

Read your thread a little on e-trade. That's pretty messed up... sounds like someone broke into their system. Or maybe they threw away old hard disks without wiping out sensitive data like eBay did. Hope things will work out for you. Should we short eTrade?

Maybe this is just a bad conjecture. What if a much larger position need to be established for a fund say? I just think there will eventually be a size that people cannot do thing in one shot. Or maybe simply they want to average out the purchase price? :confused:

I am gonna make it really dumb for myself... Just 5% trailing... No Ross and No FRV. :( Actually I don't like the way VDSI swings when I enter the order (never thought it would reach FRV for a moment in a day like this) but I told myself it is making higher lows.

I guess I will turn off the light (still trailing my stop)... :(

It could be a group of buyers. They don't want to move the market but these stocks are not large caps and have liquidity problem. I am just imagining...

How did it turn out for Jack Hershey? It's workable but with the assumed 5% worst case which doesn't happen a lot I assume... since it is not an accurate representation therefore you can't see the true "whale" curve (position size vs. profits??) (See Market Wizard William Eckhart's interview)...

Looks like all the other stocks from yesterday's dry-up list (not today) took off. Will anyone trade on signals for yesterday? NGPS is not doing much but better than I thought after the lame opening.

I sold half of my position on NGPS and stop the rest at about break-even because I won't be able to watch it this afternoon. Good trading to all.

I notice JMDT from yesterday's signal made a big move. We are not supposed to act on past signal, correct?

I saw something like that on the Tradestation Forum. It worked in theory only I think. The guy said he's gonna write a book. :p
