Made another mistake: started chasing (MET). Down around $145 for the day. Lessons of the day: 1) Let your winners run 2) Cut your losers 3) Do not make stupid mistakes Let's see if I'll be able to follow up on those tomorrow...

Shorted NFX with a tight stop. Lost. Shorted IDCC with a good stop. Moved the Stop lower, it got triggered. Left a ton of dough on the table. -$75 for the day. At work, so can't post blotter. Good luck everyone! :)

The way, I see it, if using Technical Indicators makes you a consistantly profitable trader (and apparently it does), it means they are working :)

Heh, just looking at today's chart I said to myself "Man, I bet NoDoji's had a good trading day today"...and she sure did. :D BTW, what happened to the chat? Couldn't connect either :(

+$60 Only traded once. I shorted APOL@87.77 and rode it to 87.50, after which I covered only to watch it go to below $84. Doh! Still, won't complain about this one - I ended up in the green. Again missed a great deal of setups. Got to work on my confidence and somehow improve the monitor...

+$11 Can't complain, because I am positive, but I keep missing great setups, due my monitor layout (and some shaky confidence, of course). Funny, I went from fear of execution to fear of missing a setup :) Sorry for not posting a blotter, can't do it from work.

One quick note: another good short entry would be around 10:27AM - the stock formed what seems like a Descending Triangle and then broke lower. Of course I only noticed it now :D

NoDoji: See a red candle at around 10:03AM? To me it seemed like a good indicator of a possible end of Reversal and potential buildup for a downward move (the top wick of the candle is below previous highs - you can draw a line and see). That's pretty much it. It did not turn out a...

We did, didn't we? :) In fact, I have left money on all my trades today. Gotta work on those exits. But - great job, NoDoji and it's a tremendous pleasure to be trading with you. I was super-busy at work so I couldn't join for more trading during the day. I'll try tomorrow.

+$50 Done early. Positive day, so I'm happy. I have to work on executions - I am missing a huge amount of setups (mostly because of my trade station layout...it's bad) and I am exiting waaay early a lot of times.

First trading day in 2 months (!). -$4.02 Screwed up in the morning, bought into MET's retrace. Lost $70. Gained some ground shorting SVU and KO. Made a little more shorting NoDoji's favorite: APOL. Wasn't enough to break even, but I'll take being out just four bucks. I was missing...
