    trend following delusion shattered

What? That's like looking at Warren Buffet's portfolio, picking out a loser of the last 12 months and commenting that if Buffet can't pick winners anymore, buy and hold value investing is clearly dead. Its these inflamatory, capital letter "LOOK AT ME", posts sorry I mean "trend following...

This is so true folks. Automate it yourself. I can't program. But I can automate. I wouldn't know C++ code from fortran, or visual basic or whatever else but increasingly tools for "the rest of us" are filtering down. Easy languange isn't "easy" but its nothing like the real stuff...

AAPL - A bloodbath in the making

That article sucked, there was nothing remotely interesting about it that i could tell. The author compared its move this year to a macro move in 99-2000 when every nasdaq stock essentially has the same "parabolic" chart. then he seems to suggest that apple is probably heavily shorted...

    why pay anything?

This isn't really a comment toward any specific post on this thread, rather its a general observation that in my experience you get what you pay for in this business most of the time. It should hardly be suprising why a guy still paying 1/2-3/4 of a cent per share using one monitor, mediocre...

    Tight Stops

6 ticks? Stops that are that tight are more likely to be a traders problem than a viable solution to sustained profitablity. You either have the best entries of any trader I have ever encountered or your trading a market where the tick size is much bigger than I am accustom to. Please...

    Internet explorer

So what is the solution? For the last 48 hours now, my internet explorer shuts down anytime I try to send emails, add attachments, etc, and so on. I have reinstalled, run norton, defrag, adaware, spybot, etc. Am going to reformat this weekend if I can't figure it out soon.
