looks like its dying to start trading under 30....probably bounce off 28 before going to 25.... The 30-35 range is 5$ and once it cracks the 30 support it will trade down 5$....thats my recollection of ta principles from the magee/edwards tome.FWIW...

i traded orcl yesterday AFTER the earnings came out.However i refused to buy it on wednesday because earnings were due that afternoon.I like the news out of the way and observe the reaction and then play the intraday range...BUT BUYING and holding thru earnings is nuts imo.

WHEN BEAT UP stocks RALLY on BAD news like bsc,ms it signifies a bottom has been put in place or trend reversal..... However with the financial sector as a whole i think there are many more shoes to drop...I dont want to short or long banks,there are safer trades out there for me... I guess...

Time to get some needed rest and relaxation during the holiday.I will try not to trade til the new year! Will evaluate current years trading and see what improvements can be made. Will be stuffing my face next week. Good health and good trading to all in the next year.

you dont trade earnings reports you gamble on them...I cant beleive how many EXPERTS on TV(cramer and fast money idiots) tell people to go ahead and buy and hold before report...
