I think the OP meant Legal SEC reported insider trading. That is the VP or CEO buys or sells x number of shares and it is reported on the Form 4's and filed with the SEC versus illegal insider trading ala options and stock bought to trade off the inside knowledge of pending good or bad news.

Today is why these were on the watch and not buy list except MU. All red except MU, and CNET. Which makes CNET more interesting. Lastly MU is stalling at twelve at least for awhile it seems.
