    Microsoft "Bing" Shares

Hahaha! Excellent. I don't see a reason that Bing would have its own shares. Its just a division of Microsoft. Bing is definitely growing and if it was its own company I would definitely invest.

Why did S&P said there can be a DOUBLE dip recession in 2012?

$6 gas? I give it until mid September. If it hasn't reached $6 by mid September its not going to get there.

Rich Americans buying Euro soccer teams.

Excellent analogy! With China, Brazil and India as up and coming economies, the US is the old man on the field. Don't mind my saying but I think the US will leave with a bang. Like Zenedine Zidane in 2006.

Geithner Newsflash:It is impossible to lose AAA rating, increase debt ceiling now.

Geithner really can't say anything else. If he spoke honestly the country would go into a temporary panic and he would somehow be forced to step down.

Blame High Oil Prices on Speculators and BUBBLE ben bernanke!!!

Clearly S2007S is not a speculator and is free of blame. What's he trying to do educate the culprits via excruciatingly long posts? Sorry man, tldr.

S&P cuts U.S. ratings outlook to negative

US media is seriously lacking. The commodities section at the WSJ only talks about oil and gold day in day out.

    reduced tax revenue

"but our big banks have become bigger, and too-big-to- fail banks have major incentives to take on very high levels of risk. After all, the downside isn’t their problem." So true. If the banks learned one lesson is that the government is there to bail them out when they f*** up. It is a...

Wonkbook: 84 percent oppose Ryan’s Medicare plan

The problem really is people really don't understand the system. They just assume the government is going to take care of them but they're flat wrong. If the government can't even balance its budget, how is it going to take the time to figure out my retirement medical situation? Its every man...

Hedge Funds Borrow the Most Since 2007 to Purchase U.S. Stocks

Still a good idea even with the dollar's weakness? I believe now is no the time to play around with the dollar. They better make some good money out of it.

'12 banks worldwide sued for manipulating Libor'

Good luck to him, but that is a tall statement. Gathering the evidence to say that 12 banks conspired is going to be very tough. Yeah you could look at historical data but if you don't have emails or text messages you're going to have no substance behind your accusation.

Same looking iphone out in sept. Uh oh what are apple fans going to do?

Being a fan of Linux and PCs I never understood the reason behind Apple fans' fanaticism. Like S2007S said they will probably line up at 5am to spend their $500 on the new slightly faster phone. I just don't understand it!

    Accused insider trader commits suicide.

Poor bugger. If you're going to insider trade you have to at least cover your tracks enough to allow time to receive the funds! This guy was obviously a first timer.

    Characteristics of a Successful Trader

I know of a futures trader who reached the $600,000 mark in his account then took out 20% of it and put it in a less risky hedge fund. I'd say one characteristic is long term self control. Those who get carried away when they start seeing huge amounts of money usually do something drastic...
