    The S&P will end 2006 @

Whatever you say, Master Thorn. By looking at the results of your poll, I still do not see this "high" bulishness. As far as the year-end performance of the S&P is concerned, I will just say, It Ain't over until it's over !:D Also, just for the sake of clarity, I am a systematic trader. My...

Is Paul Krugman really on the left?

I say this guy is a real "independent" and a free-thinker. Independent and free of the usual biases coming with being "stuck" in one's convictions. We need more people like him. It is refreshing , after all those people who would always "stay the course", if you see my point.

Chasers/Losers will be buying lower and lower dips the next few months!!

One has to love those not so subtle syllogisms, The smart money is short, I am short, so I am smart ! "Smart" money is a myth. There are people placing bets on the market, some successful, some not. But , for some reason, some people like this notion of "Smart" money. Probably for the...

Roubini is one biased pessimist fool

Yes , I agree that this is the new way of making money. This is a "Sophist" tactic, where you basically know that you can't know the truth, but you chose one side of a problem and compile evidence towards your chosen bias. And you will find enough followers to buy your products, be a book, a...

Art thou shivering yet, (r u scared yet)

I understand you are joking. But, from a theoretical standpoint, I think the after tax-return of this leverage would be negative, because of the taxable earnings and non-deductible credit-cards interests !!!

Sorry guys no chance for a down day

I am not saying this is right or wrong, I am just trying to understand how the market reacts to news, and what is considered bad or good. Typical reaction here, though, with the BS thing. But it comes with the territory. I accept it.
