    sounds fancy but... how will index remove effect of renovation ? Price graphs for au property are not excluding renovations therefore such large increases. Renovation is a major economic factor in au. Prices may fall 40% however as people spend big on renovation index will stay unchanged :-)

    350 is gross. As somenone said it is really 190k. For a consitent 40 hours ++ week it is a life of misery. Not to mention what happens when he is out and not able to go level higher which is true for the most on that level.

    true, but there is mountain of funds that enforcably invest based on ratings. Also true that last downgrade of au banks did not have any effect. So maybe selling is now matched by bargain hunters (as per your comment) and price does not drop.

    i dont trade shortterm but if i get a chance would probably not be too different to what you do. Varying size and leave this <60% win rate to others and take only >60+% sometimes looks like scalping. btw. enjoying this thread.

    will be interesting to see how you handle move against you. i dont like taking profits that are smaller than risk. Worked well in the past until got couple of consecutive full losses. Then stopped liking it. What is your experience ?
