The reason for trading profitability is actually intangible. Explanations are only guidelines.

1. General/daily routine. 2. Structured market view. 3. Trade and risk management. This is the logical framework for success.

PA is sensitive to auction price increments. TA is indicator sensitive.

It's one of my rules, although i also use volume, not just price.

Intraday buy signals work more often in an up-trend.

Try evaluating volume from a composite perspective, rather than breaking it down into individual participants/groups. Two sides - buyers and sellers. Who is in control of your trading timeframe?

Speculatively speaking, the above statement applies to any reason for entry. Ultamately, any method for entry is only as good as the trader using it.

What are you like?? Ever heard of trade management? Trailing stops? Every sucker wants to assume the top or bottom. They should put more effort into trade management, and using the correct trade parameters/metrics.

Quite simply, buyers and sellers behave in a cyclical manner in all timeframes. This market behaviour is apparent in any chart. No need for annotation or MACD.
