What is best trading platform if i want start forex brokerage?

Oanda, and probably many others, let you start a "white label" version of their platform. It will have your logo, name and so forth, but run their infrastructure. To start everything from scratch will probably cost you tens of millions in lawyers, compliance and so forth. So if you have to ask...

    Foreign Currency Spot Market?

The easiest and cheapest is thru CFDs if you want to do some trading with smaller amounts. See for example https://www.oanda.com/rw-en/ If it is for a more permanent exchange, many banks will let you open an account nominated in another currency. Different banks do probably have different rules...

    what platform for CFD?

Another real advantage with CFDs is that you can trade a lot smaller positions without the penalty of a percentage wise high commission. I trade a very high volume of trades, where some of them are are worth just a few hundred USD. That strategy would have lead to bankruptcy within short, if I...

Can I trust volume data for CFD?

Not sure, but I have always thought the volume is from the CFD exchange, so that you cannot really be sure you get the total volume

Why a Democratic win doesn't crash the stock market?

I guess the points flew right over your head. So let me emphasise 5 million inhabitants It is not tied up in Ireland, it hardly enters the country. It is just passes by to adhere to the tax rules before it is sent to the next country.....

Why a Democratic win doesn't crash the stock market?

Ireland's numbers are artificially inflated due to low tax rates that ensures that every multinational corporation sends their bills from there. For example, all payments for Microsoft licenses or Facebooks ads from all European countries are sent to Ireland, and are counted towards the Irish...

    Food for thought

This is common in Europe. For example, in Norway, a listed company as well as other companies above a certain size is required to have at least 40 % of the board consisting of women. They also have to report on women / minorities in leadership positions, salaries for men vs women and so forth...

Why a Democratic win doesn't crash the stock market?

This report from Sweden is interesting, and provide quite a bit of facts that are lost when the Scandinavian model is discussed in the US: https://timbro.se/allmant/eu-versus-usa/ To quote: "If the European Union were a state in the USA it would belong to the poorest group of states. France...

Why a Democratic win doesn't crash the stock market?

As a European, I have always hoped that the US would stick to be the guaranteer of "Western values" and a capitalist spirit, as EU is full throttle down the drain. I think this election has made me lose my hope that the US would fare any better than the EU. You guys are just a few years...

Why a Democratic win doesn't crash the stock market?

Well. You have one party that will be in control, and a Democratic rule for the indefinite future. Washington DC and Puerto Rico two seats each. Supreme Court will get a lot of new seats. Immigration will add a few more 10s of million voters. But Democrats love spending, with the result that...

which broker is better for participating in the U.S. IPOs?

I checked the website used in the email. I bet $100 that the main purpose is actually to lure investors to transfer money after aggressive sales calls from a "broker". This looks fraud from far away.... Just as a heads up for anyone receiving a call from "Jason" or one of his colleagues.

Best way to play a commodity rally without futures.

The daily trading volume average for NOK is 119 billion compared to 114 billion for the MXN, so the liquidity should be better (daily trading volume, Bis.org, April 2019) NOK is actually the 14th most traded currency, while MXN is just behind CLP is only 19 billion. So I guess it is more...

Best way to play a commodity rally without futures.

Oanda and I am sure a lot of other brokers has a lot of commodities including oil and copper. Why take the detour thru other instruments? But if you look for currencies, I would think NOK is a lot better than MXN for oil. Chile is the biggest producer of copper afaik.
