I agree with Optionpro on this ... Self-sabotage and fear are 2 totally different things. I'm going to relate a way some people self sabotage themself that have to do with the everyday not just trading ... 1. Think about how people use 'comfort food' when they are under stress or to help...

It definately helps Austinp, thank you ... especially coming from someone who used Qcharts in the past and is focused on the charts (like I am). Well I still have those issues of chart lag with Qcharts and I notice now that I get dissconnected at least 1x a day and have to switch servers...

They dont have the data ... But ... esig bought Qcharts so they are attempting to bring the Qcharts data over to the Esig servers and both will eventually use the esig servers for the data.

I dont ;) First I look at what the formation is that I am going to trade - then I decide how far would it go if price was just based on this formation. Second I look to see what trendlines/support-resistance is near the move. And I look to see how strong those trendlines/SnR lines may be...
