I am a new user of IB and I can't seem to pull up that symbol. I am able to pull up E7 and J7. Am I missing something here?

I noticed at the moment the spreads are 5pips on the emini euro on GLOBEX and 8 pips of the emini yen on Globex. IS it because it is right now a slow time to be trading them? At what points do they tighten up? Also, I have not really been able to find charting data on the the emini contracts...
