How much % pa would SAC expect their traders to make? I read the defunct trader monthly, a guy made 50 to 60%pa at FNYS were made partner. Is this the general requirement for this industry?

I use the IB to watch the Eurodollar trading I found the bid/ask sizes are huge but the last size is tiny is it the norm?:confused:

i watched the 1 min chart all the day and found sometime there were only a few transactions as you said, if you want to trade a bag, you may have to wait for a long time is it the norm?
