    $2,000 to $200,000 in 2020 at 2.00% per day.

Thanks, but it is not too hard when 40 ticks fly by in 10 seconds, LOL. But I asking myself more "does this have more room to run?" and not automatically bailing at the first signs of a profit.

    $2,000 to $200,000 in 2020 at 2.00% per day.

Am I an emotionless trader? Hardly. Look at the two losses above at 6:30 and 6:31 mountain time. The second I closed them for a loss, the market went my way sharply. This is happening a LOT recently. And I don't have much more hair to lose! And I invent lots of new words that my kids would...

    $2,000 to $200,000 in 2020 at 2.00% per day.

Monday report: I took over 20 single contract trades today but the market did provide, so I received. Because of the volatility, I let my max stop go over 100 ticks today ($50) up from 60 ticks ($30). I still think it is better to just follow my "flatten immediately" rule when I get a strong...

    $2,000 to $200,000 in 2020 at 2.00% per day.

I am really tired of trading this craziness. The fed stimulus is just failing, failing, failing. And I am stuck in my house. It seems like 50% of my signals are false and I would do just as well tossing a coin on each trade. But still, I feel like I have a bit of an edge, so we press...

I can't seem to get any traction today. Chopfest. I guess it's better than straight down. 10 shorts and 2 longs in this consolidation zone.

    $2,000 to $200,000 in 2020 at 2.00% per day.

Thank you so much for your kindness. There is a LOT of compensation for the past that needs to happen here. And like you suggested, it is about more than just money. There is a lot of time and other things that need to be compensated for. I am optimistic that I can build this into something...

    $2,000 to $200,000 in 2020 at 2.00% per day.

Thanks. I have been trying to get to this point for a VERY long time, since the fall of 2005. 13 1/2 years now. I don't wish the same experience on anyone. I could have earned 3 PhD's in that time! Unless someone is willing to grow their account slowly, they should not venture into this...

@SimpleMeLike , @Laissez Faire If any market deserved an attempt at some good runners, this is it! I will try it.

    $2,000 to $200,000 in 2020 at 2.00% per day.

Today was $186 with 18 contracts traded (17 trades). = $10 per contract traded. AT $.50 per tick this is 20 ticks average per contract traded.

    $2,000 to $200,000 in 2020 at 2.00% per day.

I adjusted my spreadsheet. $1000 margin per micro now. So currently I could trade 5 concurrent micros. But staying at 1 or 2.

Good for them. Someone has to put out the speed bumps! We crazy traders certainly won't do it.

    $2,000 to $200,000 in 2020 at 2.00% per day.

Yes, sometimes the stops seem huge. Right now 60 ticks is unthinkable. And risking 60 to make 10 is nuts. Or is it? I don't really risk 60 all the time. I try to get out much sooner. Looking at today's 4 consecutive losses-- the average was $14 or 28 ticks in the wrong direction: Yes...

    $2,000 to $200,000 in 2020 at 2.00% per day.

@Laissez Faire Right now my stop is "get out immediately if the market is going against me" but if that fails then I just pull it at about 60 ticks. This should get back to 40 soon, I hope, and eventually 20 ticks. Again, this is an emergency stop. The whole idea of getting out...

    $2,000 to $200,000 in 2020 at 2.00% per day.

Based on an estimated $170 today, here is the chart update. I am averaging about 2.3% per day. Despite the votes to the contrary, until this market calms down a bit, I will stay with 1 or 2 micro contracts per trade instead of 8 or 9 or 10

    $2,000 to $200,000 in 2020 at 2.00% per day.

The market is still nuts, but that doesn't mean I can lose my head. It means that I need to be even more selective with my trades. I was up this morning and then chop - chop - chop - whack down went my balance, but I fought my way back: 17 trades and all long. Hmmm, guess I had a long bias...

Still working on the MAE and MFE with Multicharts. I like those numbers a lot. More important is the AAE and AFE. (Average adverse excursion and Average favorable excursion.) But this market is totally nuts right now, so these stats will be fairly meaningless for a few more days/weeks/months.

    $2,000 to $200,000 in 2020 at 2.00% per day.

Turns out the last earthquake here was 80 years ago. But they still said we are 200 years overdue for a "big one." I crossed the $5,000 mark today! Will see tonight where I ended up. I really wish AMP and Multicharts could sync in such a way that the commissions were factored in live. Say...

    $2,000 to $200,000 in 2020 at 2.00% per day.

Three more shorts around the time of the lock-limit down. Ouch on the last one. I was right on the direction, but must honor the stops! We are not here to be right, but to safely increase the account balance each day. Will this hemorrhaging ever end?

    $2,000 to $200,000 in 2020 at 2.00% per day.

6 good short scalps up against the resistance zone at 20,000 MYM I am about to cross the $5k mark, and things are getting fun. Scary out there right now in the market, and I am trying to be really careful. And to top it off, the Salt Lake City, Utah area had its first earthquake in...

    $2,000 to $200,000 in 2020 at 2.00% per day.

I finally found my AMP report from yesterday. It was in my spam folder. How do these junk mail controls work anyway? Despite the big down day yesterday, I did well at $197.57 net. With 19 trades, that is about $10.4 per trade or about 21 ticks per trade average on Monday. I am up to $4,763...
