ummm training a human to play soccer or something is not AT ALL the same as training a human to turn off their sexual drives. that's like saying i could train you to be gay (if you're straight). things obviously do not work like that. you could even give someone like an electrical shock...

the thing is ..it IS normal behavior. humans would not have evolved to be sexually mature at these ages if it was not normal.
