@innersky I’m currently monitoring only ES 5 min chart, for a better understanding of WMCN – so I did not see what was happening on YM. As I saw it, the area between 10h and 11h was a down traverse starting at 10h, forming a pt3 at 10.20 and then creating VE as time moved on...

I must admit I was lost for awhile today. Everything was fine till 11h, but after that I got confused and did not know where in the sequence I was at all. This actually surprised me, as I usually have a pretty good idea or at least it dawns on me soon enough where I’ve made an error...

Speaking of sequences at that time, I saw PV after pt.3 and a retrace to RTL. But a FBO (up) of a Pennant was a sign to return back to dominant red volume. I guess the market was not finished with the move down at that time. Instead it made a new pt.3 down and a steeper traverse. :)

Aha, I understand now what you were trying to say. I guess we will see what the market does tomorrow and maybe better understand today’s action. For tomorrow my anticipated sequence is for the market to finish an up move then non dominant traverse down and channel point 3 up with a new...

I'm having a bit of a hard time picturing this as a non dominant volume. I see it more like this…

On my chart it looks like a BO of the down channel and the start of a new upward channel.
