for FX traders am I correct in thinking this

its obvious when you look at charts that levels are taken out first before big moves occur. i dont see how this is that much of an argument its there on the charts?

How do you determine trend direction?

but even there i seem to have a dilemma. some good pullbacks happen when the h4 isnt there but the daily is and then sometimes the h4 is incorporated.. so which do I go with? I guess h4 if daytrading and daily if holding for days? what do you think

How do you determine trend direction?

How do you determine trend direction?

Silly question since it's easy to figure out a method on ones own but really though how do you determine trend direction for the move you want if for example you could have an uptrend on a 1 hour chart and a downtrend on an h4 or uptrend on h4 and a down move on a daily or the market is sideways...

for FX traders am I correct in thinking this

for FX traders am I correct in thinking this

I have this theory that I've pretty much had for years I would say. And it's that there isnt such a thing really as bulls and bears (or I should say there is but the true big moves of the market are not caused because of a struggle between them being won). That the market is really just...

Are stop losses impossible to fully adhere to?

As we all are aware of, levels are taken out on purpose many times. How can we use stop losses at these levels? and if not there then where? This is just my opinion and I would like to see what others have to say about this dilemma. Thank you

    Trading breakout, pullback question

I don't understand this. I see more bullish action within that upward trending consolidation. why would it be sold here? if anything wouldnt a buy at the bottom of the consolidation be better?
