I've encountered similar circumstances in the past with regard to big changes in methodology. What I usually did was *completely* or to whatever extent possible remove ALL the tools used in the prior method from all screens. Charts, order entry, even *hide* stuff so that you just cannot go back...

What kind of returns have you made for this client? How many trades roughly? From which date to which date and how will this client handle drawdowns? Also, remember, depending on who this client is, once you leave your current employer, this guy may feel he 'owns' you since he's all you got?

Most data services use #2 to calculate just about all cash data indexes. Also, some introduce a 15 sec to 5 min delay on the quotes depending on which index, hence the ''opening'' exactly at yesterdays close in many cases. None of those opening quotes/prices are tradable btw!

I suppose pretty soon they'll the MAL, as in 'Multiple Agent Listing'. This way 4-5 agents will work to 'sell' your house! How else to even have each of those agents sell 1 house/year?

With FX, you're probably betting against the 'house' anyway, so they don't *really* have any losses in the long run. It's a good game for them. The small pikers always lose against modern bucketshops.
