Why not use Single stock futures. Also if they are using CFD's who are they trading with, ultimately the hedger pays the stamp duty?

If you check IB's home page they have a link to system status. If they say they arn't having problems. Then its your Internet link.

For the record I PM'D the IB guy who replied and the one TT was dealt with and the other is being handled. I am sure it was just some kind of a system problem. If the TT system keeps the costs down I am all for it.
