You own the market? No one own the market so please don't say you know that your faked orders will never get filled. This method is pure gambling & extremely risky & manipulative that it can cause back fire. And I have no interests in doing it or learning it, it's NOT what true scalping is...

What happened if the faked 5000 shares order get filled by a mysterious real seller/buyer because this mysterious seller/buyer has some insiders' infos? What is the risk here? More than the reward of 10-25 cents for sure!

Not really, I am not begging for help anything. I didnot make this thread to beg any particular person to teach me anything. I just ask general ideas from ET posters in general, no one in particular. I still say: He is a good scalper. And NO, he didnot & can't cause any major movement...

But what you are doing is just what I said, you can read the flow/the movement and most importantly, the MM/Specialists/or big guys wanna for the stock that moment/that day/ect... You are just going along with him...& know the market movement right to place what order/where/when...ect...

I will say again... I know & think he is a good scalper for being able to read the Specialist/the MM right. But I will remain that I don't think $250,000 can have any significant effect on a $30 stock. $2.5Millions would. I can see a 100,000 shares order would have an effect...not a less...

$250,000 BP only...for $30 stock? I think you can ride with the Specialist or the MM but I don't think it's YOU that can cause the market movement. May be that day the Specialist already set a move ...you are experienced scalper so you can feel it so you put a bet together with him, you win...

But can retail traders do that? I mean, by painting a deceiving pictures in order book? I thought only the Specialist or the Market Maker can do it. My comment is mainly for highly liquid stocks, like C, GE, AAPL... I don't think any retail traders can manipulate such a stock, financially...
