I have an idea. Use Google Adsense banners ads in the Chit Chat forum. Presently there is no sponsors for Chit Chat. The content of the posts will dictate the ads displayed, and a simple PHP script can be used to randomly switch from Google Adsense to the current ads being displayed now. :)

I bought 4 GOOGL Sept25 700 calls at $0.25. Order filled at 14:18:05 ET today when GOOGL was trading at $664.26 - GOOGL closed at $660.92. Monday will be a very important day for this trade. :)

You suggested "adjusting" a losing Debit Spread into a short option position by closing the long leg and keeping the short position open. That is a stupid idea. Or avoid naked short option positions. :)

100% on where you think the underlying will trade at. Then purchase the strike that should give you the most bang for your buck. :)

The 150% equity is times 150%. $25,000 x 150% = $37,500 worth of stock you can short. :)

Could be good ........ Rising interest rates mean the economy is good and the Federal Reserve is trying to slow it down a bit. Rising interest rates also might get the fence sitters into action to buy some real estate or do some renovations - before the next rate hike. :)
