I use prophet.net for some custom (intraday) gap scans - but once or twice a week they just don't work (don't return any data). Their customer support is terrible, and they rarely respond to emails. Has anyone else had similar problems?

You need to get back on your meds. Why does anyone have to prove anything to you? What makes you so special that you can make demands that others give or do something for you? Just because you have posted over 2,200 times on ET does not mean you are anything special.

Joe- A pay site does not mean information is not publicly available to all. Anyone can search and read, you only have to be a paying member to post. This is a simple concept - can you tell me why you would not do it...especially since I just refuted your one argument giving previously...

Interesting thread and I have two comments: 1.) I don't think many people would disagree that the quality of posts on ET has gotten - and continues to get - worse daily. It seems this has become a site for those emboldened by the anonymity of the Internet, and they come her to start flame...
