I dont know about the offset thing but IB time and sales suck... I was trying to replicate time and sales quotes like another platform I used to trade... example: if offers are being lifted to show green prints and if bids are being hit to show as red However, IB cant display this correctly

there are lots of people that trade only the morning session ... maybe you should do the same

In IB there are forms for trading permissions under account.... If ur in IB ... to the right of the file dropdown it shows account drop down and go from there.... I did mine all online Or you can call them... chat online as well
