Bullshit. He tanked the account he started this thread with, then started a new one. And you can see by the dates in this screenshot, he traded a couple days then stopped for a while and started again. Shortly after this he closed the account.

After a couple of quick searches I did not find that Powell and Rice used personal email servers. For Powell, he said he "found an antiquated system" and that he "started using email to get everybody to use it". Also, "the State Department’s policy on personal email accounts dates back to 2005...
