I hold CHINA myself, and at a loss. You timed your buy really well (stock was down a huge amount in the past month or two) and you got your gain. I figure any gain is good, and try not to look back. We never catch the high or the low -- we make our money in-between, and any gain is progress.

tao: You said you smelled a pop but shorted again. I'm curious about why. You've taken a lot of short positions in the past few trading days. Have you covered any of them? Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I'm on the bench so far, waiting for a higher DOW to take my short position...

Has everything gotten back to normal in London?

We were pretty calm in NY, actually. Except I was w/o power for 22-1/2 hours and couldn't trade. I'm practicing discipline, but I ALMOST shorted and I guess I could say I made a paper short a minute ago. Yeah, I'll say that and see if it helps me feel better about missing it. paper short...

I'm within a hair of my sell short signal, but I can't take it. I don't want to carry a short overnight yet unless I have to. I'm new to trading futures, and I might have trouble sleeping if I do it. :) I'm dying to do it, though! No, I didn't hear the RCMP caught a big bunch of bad guys...
