    Is that the spread of a binary? I've never traded them. No one can make money from that. I still remember my last moments on the IG trading platform (demo). I was quoted a 40 / 120 spread for some FX options. I honestly don't know how your meant to trade that.

    CME doesn't know what an option is

    The main thing I was trying to get at is in general option buyers aren't obligated to their trade. With CME setting the contract specs in this way, buyers are obligated. The quarterly options do allow non exercise. Thanks for your thoughts.

    Point is options are specifically different due to non-obigation.... these ones are tho. Like trading a new ES future contract......that has a underlying of the original ES future. Thanks for your thoughts.

    No exactly, definition is not obligated. Turns into a future othewise. I wonder if they are gonna make people not obligated to futures :caution:
