Well, he said this is only his side job and he has another day job. So why he would need $100k a year? Over the years, he has pulled a lot of $. Hope he did not spend all of that in expendable expenses. With the amount of $ he started, it seems this is just fun for him. Trading is exciting...

I believe you can file LLC return the same way as a multi-member LLC, like a S-corp or partnership. This is why LLC is so flexible.

This is funny. Supply and demand of the trading instruments, not the actual energy supply and demand? This is just a joke. When traders talk about energy supply/demand, they always talk about the underlying physical commodity. Sigh.....

The action of CL yesterday shows near term toppish. It could not hold the gain even when stock index finished strong. Looking for a consolidation on the downside. Covered my $96.55 short. Look to short again.

Someone said CL trades with energy supply/demand fundamentals. Good luck with it. What fundamentals drive CL up again, although only slightly? Fundamentals have been bad or bearish for a long time. And CL only dropped with the euro crisis. Now it is up again, even divergent from the EUR...

You do not need all the stuff you mentioned. If you want leverage, trade futures. You can't short stocks, but you can certainly short stock index futures. The beauty is that you do not have wait for T+3. So the funds are more efficient. Also, faster to get lost in the market volatility....
